JOINING THE TROOP
Scouting is where adults make profound differences in young people's lives. Parents and adult leaders within our youth organization must understand that their role is to create a safe environment where young people can grow, explore, learn to fail, get up, and try again!
YOUTH
1. Complete the BSA Youth Membership Application
2. Fill out Medical Forms. These cover a one year period, and updates must be provided as they expire.
PARTS A&B - These two forms provide parent permission for the scout to participate in all activities.
PART C - This form is required with Parts A and B for any event that exceeds 72 consecutive hours, or when the nature of the activity is strenuous and demanding. This section must be completed by a physician.
3. Troop 375 will also gather emergency contact, communication, and transportation information.
MERIT BADGE COUNSELOR
A merit badge counselor is a responsible adult with knowledge and enthusiasm about a career, hobby or other subject who is willing to share that knowledge and enthusiasm with Scouts.
If you are new to the Troop, please fill out the Merit Badge Counselor form and the Adult applcation in the QR code.
